Review: NYX Love in Paris Eyeshadow Palette

Today I'm reviewing the NYX Love in Paris Eyeshadow Palettes, these retail for $9.99 a piece at Ulta. The two palettes I have are on the left "Madeleines and Macaroons" palette, and on the right "C'est La Vie". In my opinion these palettes are great, they give great color and apply well.Though some of the lighter colors can be very sheer. Over all though I think these palettes have great colors and are fairly nice.
Pros:
  • Great variety of colors
  • Good Pigmentation
  • Sturdy, cute packaging
  • Apply well on the eyes
Cons:
  • Some of the colors, mainly colors in the Madeleines and Macaroons palette, can be very sheer and hard to see.
  • Some colors can be chalky such as the pale pink color in the Madeleines and Macaroons palette
  • On some of the colors the eyeshadow clumps together in the pan and have to be scratched to get eyeshadow on your brush or finger
All the palettes available in the Love in Paris collection:
"A La Mode"
"Madeleines and Macaroons"
"Be our Guest Maurice"
"Love Affair with Louis"
"Parisian Chic"
