How to Bake: Cotton candy Meringue

Hey guys, today I'm gonna teach ya'll how to bake cotton candy meringues.  THese meringues are easy to make, and taste great to me! They taste like when you take cotton candy and compact it, but meringues are more airy.  These meringues just melt in your mouth! Now lets get to baking!
 Recipe and what you need:
  • 2 egg Whites
  • A pinch of creme of tarter or 1/16 teaspoons
  • 1 Pack f Duncan Hines Cotton Candy Frosting Creations powder
  • Large Star Frosting Tip
  • A piping bag or ziplock bag
  • 1/2 cups finely ground sugar
  • Parchment Paper
  • Cookie Sheets
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 170 Degrees Fahrenheit. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and cut a hole in your piping or ziplock bag and put the star tip inside.
Step 2: Put your two egg whites in your bowl, and whip until frothy.
Step 3: When egg whites are frothy put creme of tarter in the egg whites and continue whipping until soft peaks form.

The egg whites should look like this
Step 4: Grind sugar until finely ground in a coffee grinder or blender.
The sugar should look like this, then measure 1/2 of a cup.
Step 5: Add the sugar and cotton candy powder into the egg whites. continue whipping on high for about 5 to 7 minutes until smooth, thick and glossy. To check if the mixture is smooth take some in between your fingers and smoosh and feel it to see if any sugar hasn't dissolved if any hasn't keep on whipping.

The mixture should be thick and be able to form peeks like in this picture.
Step 6: Pipe the mixture in small spirals, and bake for about 90 minutes, and half way through turn the cookie sheet, after 90 minutes if the lift of the tray they are done if not cook for 10 more minutes.  After the cookies are done let them dry out for a few hours or over night. Enjoy!
