Finished look

First you are going to start with priming your eyes (Maybelline Color Tattoo cream eyeshadow in Barely Branded). Next cover your whole lid with a champagne color (Hard Candy Poppin Pigments in Kiss&Tell)

Next Cover the outside corner and crease of your eye with a blue or turquoise shadow (Hard Candy Poppin Pigments in Kiss&Tell).

Next cover the inside corner of your lid with a pale pink color (NYX Madeleines and Macaroons;I also have a review on this palette)

Next use a purple eyeshadow on the far corner of your eye (Urban Decay Book 4 Palette, Psychedelic Sisters)

Now line the bottom line of your eye with a blue or turquoise color(Hard Candy Kiss&Tell)

Now pat a sparkly white shimmer or eyeshadow on top of your lid(Urban Decay Book 4, Polyester Bride)

Lastly Put on your favorite mascara(Urban Decay Super Curl Curling Mascara)
